Felecia went above and beyond! I live in TX and mistakenly ordered flowers to go to the funeral home (in Metter) instead of the church where the service was being held (in Savannah.) Felecia reached out and I owned my mistake and asked her to give the beautiful flowers she made to someone she knows. Instead, she worked magic and got in touch with the family they were intended for and delivered them new flowers the same week! I am so grateful for her going the extra mile, especially because it was my mistake. I highly recommend working with Felecia as she is a blessing!

Ordered plant basket with a stuffed animal & balloon for a friend & her family who had lost their 16yo dog. My friend could not say enough good things about the basket and the delivery person. An extra balloon was added and the balloons you chose were perfect. My friend said she had now found a new friend in your delivery person. Thank you for making their grief a little less painful.
